Emmanuel Offei joined Ultranet Telecom Ghana Limited as the General Manager of Finance, Risk, and Internal Control.

He is a seasoned auditor with over twelve years of extensive experience across diverse industries, including consumer products, mining and metals, government, and telecommunications. His broad industry exposure has equipped him with deep expertise in financial management, auditing, internal controls, and enterprise risk management.

Emmanuel is a results-oriented professional known for his strong analytical skills and adaptability to new organizational environments. He has a proven track record of implementing robust financial systems and comprehensive risk mitigation frameworks that align with corporate objectives. Through his leadership, he ensures strict compliance with internal control standards, minimizes operational and financial risks, and enhances overall organizational efficiency.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).

Emmanuel holds a degree in Business Administration from Methodist University College and an MSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Ghana Business School.
